1. Lack of drinking water at high temperatures.
2. Being in the hot sun for long periods, especially at noon.
3. Eating fast foods rich in salts helps to dry the body and increase sweat.
4. Drinking coffee, scoops, tea and soft drinks increases the body's dryness and lack of water.
5. Wear non-cotton polyester clothing increases body heat and excessive sweating.
6. Wear too tight clothes in daily life resulting in suffocation and inability of the body to breathe during the summer, it is better to wear loose clothing that helps to ventilate.
